Announcement Conference of CIIF 2007 was held by Department of Mechanic, Electronic and Hi-Tech Industry and Department of Foreign Investment Administration, Ministry of Commerce, PRC in Xin Hai Jin Jiang Hotel in Beijing on April 17. Part of foreign enterprises participated the conference such as Siemens, ABB, Bayer, Spinner. Vice director-general of Department of Mechanic, Electronic and Hi-Tech Industry, Mr. Zhou Shijie and section chief of Department of Foreign Investment Administration, Mr. Lu Lanpin made speeches on the important meanings of CIIF and great opportunities CIIF contains respectively. They hoped that foreign enterprises could participate in CIIF 2007 positively and believed that they would not miss to gain much on the platform CIIF.
Vice director of Shanghai Foreign Economic Relation & Trade Commission, Mr. Zhang Yixing and administrative general manager of Shanghai World Expo (Group) Co., Ltd CIIF Branch, Mr. Zhou Zheng introduced the history of CIIF, the whole plan and the exhibitor/visitor recruitment status of CIIF 2007 respectively.
